i have purchased one Magic Mop Bucket along with all the necessary accessories
for which i had paid Rs. 998 through on cash on delivery to the company.
on 15.02.2015 company has sent me a product by Currier. after receiving i had opened the box and i seen that one of the accessories i.e. operating rod of the Mop is missing. immediately i had called on the customer care No of the company and complained the same issue . The company said the we will replace the product and will give the refund the 998 rupees
but till now they are not replaced the product and not refunded me. i called them many times but the company is not responding me kindly sole the issue.
