I have made an purchase on Shopcruze.co.in on 23rd March.And they have told me that the product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.and they have also told that they will be providing the docket number for tracking…but till now no call or no email has been received from their site.
I have also asked for refund.but they have clearly denied for refund.they told that first you have to receive the product and then if there is any damage or problem with the product.then you can return it back.now I have been trying to call for the last two days.but they ate not receiving the calls.
Now I don’t have any contact with them.I have made the online payment to Shopcruze.and I also think that the website is a fake as there are button below the website like privacy policy,return policy and terms of use..but nothing opens in it.they are just for showing…
Moreover no login is required to make purchase on the website…so you don’t have any records of the purchase…I only have the Merchant ID or transaction ID whatever it might be…that I have made payment of 2999 to them..So please help me in getting my money back.
