shopclues – return request

I have been ordered an “high power 12V portable car wet and dry hand held vaccum cleaner (blue,white),” of the cost 294 on 29-dec-2015 at 3:08pm. and it was deliverd me through “Aramex”. the product which was deliverd to was damaged.i had put an message to shopclues.com saying return request, wiyh that i had uploaded photos of damaged product with billing address.there after i have recived an message saying that you will be get returned or refund of the product,and they have given me expected date on 13-jan-2016.so i was waiting for that, and today date is 22-jan-2016 (almost 8 days over) but till now i have not get returned or refund of my product. So i request you people to see through this matter .and i will be waiting for your message. please replay me your massages through an [email protected] (this is my email).
