My name is sharath and I had purchased a cooling pad for my laptop from ShopClues and the order number is 42282727 and it was delivered to me in a tremendous condition. I had asked shopclues for exchange with a fresh piece. From past one month(approximately) they are saying that they will come and take back their product and now they are saying that its not possible for them to take it back and they will give me some points and I can have their broken product with me. Well why should I keep a broken product with myself if I had got it for 299? Its really disappointing behavior from their side.
