I purshased a bata velcro sandals from shopclues and pId via mobikwik but i after few minutes i cancelled . The givenn time for refund is 3rd march but not yet received in mobikwik or in bank aaccount… the customer support is soo poor that it says 24hrs service but only available from 9to 12 and that to its fully busy no representative picks the call. How embarassing it was. Pls help me to get my refund
