Ordered a belt, What i received was, not atall what it looked like in the pic they showed on the website… Was packed in a local polythene bag, and dirty discarded box. Raised complaint immediately, but no response till now…. instead am getting mails like…. “Hope you enjoying your item”,,, please provide feedback…. And when I gave a feedback, with negative rating, the feedback form only started showing error.
I got a call immediately, and the person directed me to a website…
www.bankingdivison.com, where I was asked to fill in my debit card details, when I said, I ll not put any info on the site which I am not sure of, I was told, Sorry, then you ll not get the refund.
