ShopClues.com – Delivered wrong item

Complains for the ShopClues order number is:78274252, on the name of B C Garai.
I have purchased Sony MDR XB50AP( cost is Rs 2098) online from ShopClues. com on 16th Dec,2015. They delivered me Sony MDR XB30EX(cost appox Rs 1000) on 28th Dec,2015. I have requested for return on the same day I.e., 28th Dec for return of the item and refund the money. But no response was shown, then when I contacted to them over phone they told me that they will get back to me within 2-3 days.
On 5th Jan,2016 they request me to send me the images o the product which I send to them immediately.
On 8th they send me one message saying that the request for the return is declined.
This in not correct. After delivering wrong product , simply they can’t wash their hand.
They should returned my money immediately.
