I am B.MADHU, I ordered godrej window ac 1.5ltr (GWC18GQ3) in shopclues.com. I received the product on 28- mar’15. While i am installing the product on the next day with the help of Godrej technician i found gas pipe broken. When i am contacted shopclues.com, they told to send images of the product where it is broken and package images. As on date i.e 4-apr’15 there is no proper response from shopclues.com. when i am contacting them those people are simply saying wait for 48 hours since a week. Help us in resolving the issue.
