I placed two order through sendmygift.com portal for valentine day but order is not deleiverd till today and no help provided to me through their voice and non voice customer care .There mail that they provided on website is also not working my mail get failed twice andcustomer care no is also no responding just getting message due to heavy call flow we can’t attend your call
I am totally disappointed by their pathetic service now I want my amount refund
