I am owner of Skoda Rapid MH 02 DN 4147 purchased on 30 May 2014 from Senator Skoda Goregaon Showroom. Within 1 year of completion I paid 73,034 Rs and purchased the 3 year service contract from Senator Skoda Service Center located in Kandivali West, Mumbai. Skoda service center located in Kandivali West is suddenly shutdown. There is no one to available to contact either at service center or their showroom. No one is picking up calls in Senator Skoda. It is really surprising that after paying such high price for a premium sedan car and service contract I am getting such a pathetic service. It is absolutely pathetic treatment received from Senator Skoda dealer.Without informing the customer they are closing down shop. Being such a premium brand I would like Skoda India to let me know who is going to provide the 3 yearservice which is promised under the 3 year contract by Senator Skoda. It is absolutely pathetic that Skoda India is having no control of their dealers. Kindly lodge an official compaint against Senator Skoda.
