Dear all I have booked a 1800 sq. feet flat in SBP Homes SAS Nagar Mohali. I have already paid 90% payment and possesion was due in Sept. 14, But still even construction of the tower is not complete. They use our money to make money for themselves. How to trust these builders. I will never book under construction flat in my life and will suggest to others also.
Is there any one who can guide what is the way to come out from such a silly situation……

I have released 100% payment still there is no possession.
They have employee s Vienna, Kuldeep, Vishal they five false assurance, they are not even aware of status, there boss never comes to front..there is a big time fraud game…do not purchase flat at Sbp..they are fraud
