We booked a 2bhk flat in the year 2012 and possession was promised in the year 2013 but no possession given till date .We have made 90% of the payment , its really frustrating because house rents have increased 5 times in Mohali .Latest reply from them is that possession will be given in feb2016 but looks its just another lie.
Please guide how to take action against this Builder.
