Sir/Mam,

Today(16-03-2015)1.15PM I got call from number 911165990155 and mentioned as calling from sbi credit card Dept. They verified my details (card number ,CV number and date of birth and Card expiry date) and told me about new credit card .No charge for that and by redeeming reward 8000 points valued rs.6899 after that .They have debited Rs.6899 from my account I have contacted SBI credit card. Card was blocked. Please take action and help me to reverse.
