I ordered a smart watch kw98 by seeing the video and picture in the xank.in website, but I received a fake product which doesn’t even have a name or brand on it, when I called customer care , they are trained to behave rude if u ask for refund or return. I contacted the support mail, they are not ready to return or replace the product.
I think they have opened this website just to cheat people.
I request to take strict action and close this website.
