Sasta baazar – fraud done by sastabaaza.in

i am sajjan kumar ,on last 28.12.2015 i received a call from 01204660150,they introduced them self as new ecommerce venture named sastabaazar.in, they told for the promotional activity of their new venture they have selected few people and going to provide a very nice prizing amount up to 95k or an LCD TV or I phone6. if we do a minimum puchase of 5999rupees. somehow they convinced me to buy a mobile phone worth 6100rupees(which is not yet delivered) and told that i have won 95K rupees winning amount , after some follow up they have written me an email that i need to transfer 8k rupees as TDS charge and other filing charges and doing so 95k rupees will be credited to my account in an hour, but i told them i am not going to pay money so please cancel my order and refund my money or deliver my product but they told me i am unable to despatched your product until you pay 8000 rupees TDS money. my product is still showing processing.
so please help me sir
