Unable to return purchased saree

I ordered a soft silk saree cost RS.1499
Plus RS.50 delivery charges. AWB No 41914992556. I got a poor quality cheap saree.I called the customer care number but nobody is speaking up the phone.plz help me out.
I ordered a saree for rs 180 but was not satisfied with the quality. Want to return it but nobody is answering the call. Please help me out.

Worst quality and extreme bad review for quality.. Fraud one
I have ordered a sari. They charged me 1800/- , after opening, the saree is not even worth 500/-. The Color , print, pattern, no cutwork, completely different cheap quality saree has been delivered. What a fraud company! Complete cheat. Happily cheating consumers and not picking calls, nor replying emails.
