Return and refund

I want to return the sarees which I had purchased and I want refund of money. I am trying to contact them but they are not receiving the call. I had received different sarees not which I had ordered.
I ordered a saree in sari box and received parcel on 31st December. But the colour n quality are totally different and low quality. No option to return the saree. It costs around 1600.
Sent emails no one responded. Kindly help me.
