Poor quality and late arrival.

The saree shown in the website and what I received has no match. Terrible quality. Moreover it arrived after 14 days. Now I want to return it but no response and no contact details where I can talk to someone and return it. I wanted to cancel the order at one time but even that was not possible. This is horrible. This cheating and fraud.
