Fake Commitment ,Cheated and Not Refunding I got call from this website they gave me offer which includes assured gift (Samsung Note 3, Sofa Cumbed and Nokia Cellphone) in Rs.6999/- That to in EMI for one year. I accepted the offer and Paid as they said to there account through Credit Card.After this payment they started asking for Rs.13000/- to validate the offer, i said i dont want second offer.Then they started forcing me for that, they asked for my credit card number, i gave them no. then they asked expiry date, limit crossed when they asked for one time password for transaction, i said no to second transaction which was never mentioned before i transfered Rs.6999/-, They told me that i will get my assured gift only after i transfer other amount.They completly cheated me, i asked for my money back they told they cant transfer the amount back! This means i am not having any product for the payment of Rs.6999/- . Infact they told me do whatever you want they will not give me money back even i go to consumer court.

Update: every now and then they call me we will refund you, its been 3 months they are not refunding, they again asked for my credit card number, then expiry date, and they crossed the limit by asking cvv number! i said i am not stupid i am not gping to give you that and going to consumer court! i have all the recordings and proof!

any one have filed any case against them? Then help!

And ya, message for sandshoppinghub executive stop asking for credit card details you are providing me with more proof agaist you better refund easy way or i will shit your company down will show all this cases against you to consumer court officer!
