I purchased flat from Saket Builders at Sumeru(ECIL, Hyderabad) few years back. Till date they have not alloted me parking lot and not giving NOC certificate to transfer my electricity bill. I am regularly paying the maintenance cost and have got all registration papers.

They have been asking me to pay corpus fund to Saket Builders and they have not formed commitee members from society. They are inturn asking me to take legal actions.

Please help me sort out the issue, I am willing to corpus fund to society and also want to part of the society which was never formed since last year of purchase.
