I booked a ryde through ryde ibibo but unfortunately car owner dont have vacnt seats so i canceled ride . I raised a request to costomer care that car is already full thats why i am not able to took ride you can ask car owner he asked me to cancel the ride . So please refund my payment balance. Its 1 month ago . Daily i dropped a mail to rydibibo costomer care but stillno response i didn’t get my money till now.
