Rummy circle Complaints & Reviews

The rummy circle have payment gateway partner(CCAPAYTMCOM, middle man hired by them), while depositing money, every action is going through that gateway partner. Once we start to deposit an amount in Rummy circle site, it automatically transfer to CCAPAYTMCOM site from there it connect our bank site. So on 25th Aug when I entered an amount of Rs.500 for the tournaments called Depositor’s Delight, it go through their Payment gateway partner and before passing final call for debit at bank site it becomes Rs.506.78. So i cancelled so many times and tried again and again but all the times it appears same. Since the time was running out for tournament booking i passed on and allow the debit of Rs.506.78 and i got sms message from bank that an amount of Rs.506.78 has paid to CCAPAYTMCOM ( The payment gateway partner of Rummy Circle). The bank statement is also clearly shows that an amount of Rs.506.78 has been credited to CCAPAYTMCOM. But an amount of Rs.500/- only credited into my Rummy Account. Here is the dispute started. When i contest this unfair activity they are not responding properly and still playing dilly tally game with me even though i have enclosed my bank statement to them. An amount of Rs.6.78 is very very small amount but the principle of game and function is under question and perhaps if they committed such activity with every one then it becomes a huge amount. If, they have deducted any charge then it should be informed the player. If it is happened due to any tech fault or human error then once complaint received they have to seek apology and re-credit the excess amount collected. But they have not considered above all and harass the player and asking un warranted documemts instead verifying their accounts. If they conduct an inquiry with their payment gateway partner then every problem would be solved and he error would come to notice. But they have not done so far and harassing me calling for bank statements again and again. Further, i have one doubt against them, i think they are adjusting the software if any one made complaint against them to loose his all games and money. Now it is happening with me. Above all, still Rummy Circle adamant their mistakes, it appears that they have good support with from you also. I have made complaint with you but so far no response from you and from rummy circle. If you are not taking any action against them it means you are conniving with them. In this regard i am ready to provide my bank statement copy to you also. I hope that a fair action would be initiated by you. Thanks
