Not refunding the amount

My order number is 9332 where I had bought an Anarkali gown of amount 1950. When I opened the pack, I could see the stones coming out n even the threads we’re out. I emailed them but no response. When I called them, they say they can’t refund the money as it doesn’t come under damage.
I’m facing the same problem with Royal Anarkali. My order no. is #49746.
They delivered a wrong product and I tried contacting them immediately after I received the product. But there is no response from them despite repeated calls and emails. Pls don’t buy from them. They are bogus. I feel cheated. Very disappointed.
