I have placed order for a cake today with order id 1798.Selected time slot 3-6 PM. I have initiated chat before I place order 100 times about delivery. Aslo initiated chat after 6PM as is not delivered. They asked me to wait till 6:30PM. Waited but didnt delivered and requested to cancel the order as she will not be there after 6:30 PM. your agent Sophia asked me to send email to cancel the order. I even sent email to cancel the order. u can check that.

After all this nonsense, instead of cancelling she is saying that it is delivered to Chalapthi. we dont even know who is chalapathi. I have already told u people that she will b not there after 6:30 thn hw will u give it to someone else.You woud have call teh recepient atleast once before u give it to someone else
ITs ur mistake that u delivery order after the time slot without calling a person.
I am nt going to pay for ur mistake.

At the end, we didnot get the order and u people just spoiled the occasion and wasted my money.

  1. I had ordered cake and the order no – 11468. I had requested over chat with sofia to deliver the same on 4th December 2018 and she had assured the same. I had paid Rs. 9.700 towards the same.On 5th December 2018, i again requested to update me if it will be delivered on 4th but i was told that the status can be updated only on 5th December. We waited but there was no sign to delivering it on 4th and on the day of the occasion. Today (05/12/2018) when i contacted at 11.48 AM. over call, Sofia who had been falsely assuring immediately send an email stating that we are unable to contact the concerned person.( I’m attaching email along with this) This email was send only on 5th December 2018 at 11.52 A.M. My sister is a resident over Finland from several years and we can send you the details of no calls received from the concerned team. This is ridiculous. Now i’m told that the same will be delivered on Friday. Please stop manipulating and misleading. I need the entire amount refunded and donot want it to be delivered on Friday (07/12/2018) when the request was for 4th December 2018. Otherwise we will approach the consumer forum.
