This is in regards to order id ORDER ID: #7353
I placed an order for delivery at midnight slot around 11:55 PM (9 PM-12 AM). The order has been delivered to address before 8PM. How can a company do this blunder thing after having pre-enquiry and confirmation through telephone as well as mail chat. I am attaching all the copies here.
And now I want my complete money of 1299/- back for cheating and befooling customers by giving wrong information. The entire concerned customer executive with whom I spoke Ms. Anjali
and Ms. Priya (telephonic call at 3.30 PM on 31st july to assure delivery at midnight), Ms. Sophia told complete lie for the commitment that the delivery will be done at 11:55 PM.
They delivered the product at 4 PM.
And the cake so bad and spoiled.
Now the company manager want picks the call or entertain any emails.
