Hi,
I was appointed a marketing manager for a new venture of Mr.Keval Singh Jaryal i.e Rishi Organic India. A soft copy of an appointment letter was issued to me and was promised a monthly salary of Rs.20,000. I have worked for the company for a month and got only Rs.10,000 salary which was also delayed from 7 dec to 15 dec. I have tried asking for the remaining balance many times later on and they have denied to pay anything else. What actions can I take in this scenario and claim my remaining amount from the company?
