I booked a flat in newly launched scheme (Right homes) near Hinjewadi Pune promoted and built by Right choice group.

They collected 20% amount without any papers. Upon inquiry we received almost 3 -4 calls daily until we pay 20% amount and now no one care about attending the calls.

But it is not all …

Worst part is… after sometime I found my flat is sold to somebody else without my approval. I did not even received any intimation or notice for this.

Upon several meetings they agreed their mistake and insure me this will not happen to any other customer in the future. But I did not get the flat which I was looking for as it is now already sold out to someone else. Not sure how many other frustrated customer do they have.
