My Reliance Data Card number is:9380856348.
I took this data card in end of June-15 month.
During purchase they promised:
 I will able to get 10mbps speed consistently.
 Whenever I want, I can raise a request for stop the service.
In the beginning of month (June 15) the service was good, in the next July month the service was fully interrupted. I called up many times to the customer care asking why service is so disturbed, they said –some Network enhancement is running in your area (Kamarajpuram, Chennai), please corporate with us for some more days, and don’t worry we will consider it in your next bill generation.
They didn’t improved service for more than 18 days, and I was also getting very less speed (more than 10 times less as discussed).
So before starting second month itself, I requested to stop this service, but they didn’t do that. Finally they stopped after 15 days. And send me the bill of amount more than 1300. Now when I am calling them to settle the amount in right way, they started to give warning.
I purchased dongle in Rs.1000, after such service and behavior. I would like to request to return this Dongle and refund my all money which I paid to Reliance.
