i have recharged my reliance gsm sim according to one india one rate plan(roaming plan) of 46 rupees for maharastra region by checking it out from reliance website (www.rcom.co.in). now ther are saying that one india one rate plan (roaming plan) is of 47 but they have not update in their website . now they r not giving me plan as well as not refunding money even they r not ready to file a complain . so i want ur help
