Reliance deduct my balance on 11/6/2015 . I was out of station and I have noticed this on 15/6 … then I call to customer care , they say , we have details of last three days only, and your balance was zero on 12/6. My balance was rs 40 on 11/6… customer care completey denied any help in this case….
Then I recharged my phone with 80 and get talk timo of 75.. and another recharge of 25 and get 500mb 3g Internet and call rate benefit ,this was offer available on my no. .. then they again deduct my balance on 17/6 , this time 73 rs…. this time I immediately tried to contact customer care… but customer care services was not reachable from my no. Then I register my complaint from other no. And they said your balance deduct wrongly for internet usage as you have active internet pack… and your balance will be shortly refunded…. but this not happen , I tried customer care again they say it will take 3 day ,again not refunded … after 3 days I again called they say there is no complain regarding this no.
One thing more they make customer care inaccessible from my no… every time I have to contact customer care from another no.
When I asked about this they say someone has deleted your no. from list….so you can,t contact….my no. Is 9569238932
