Refund of Dues
i. I had taken an annual connection at the Webworld at Poonam Chambers, Nagpur. I was not permitted to fully use the facilities contracted through my relationship due to ad-hoc changes in RCOM policies.
ii. The Reliance Web-world started being closing at 8 PM instead of the regular closing time of 11 PM.
iii. From Aug 2009, the Web-world would be closed on Sundays, too.
iv. I had spoke to the Store Manager, Mr Abhishek Kadam and thereafter spoke to the Area Manager, Mr Shownak Kulkarni on this issue and it was promised that the matter would be addressed, but to no avail.
v. The case in point is of greater significance as I had been caused a loss of Rs.800/- in 2008 because of similar treatment by Reliance’ UNRELIABILITY.
vi. I have lost around Rs.3000/- at least for the year 2009 now because of the adamant and high-handedness of Reliance. The company has not done anything whatsoever to resolve the issue.
vii. I believe that my patience is being construed as tacit acceptance despite the loss caused to me. As a consumer who is paying for certain services, I deserve to be refunded the amount due unto me.
vii. I request that appropriate advice with regard to my case be offerred in view of RCOM’ silence and non-cooperation.
viii. I had offerred some possible solutions:
a) My account be validated upto 31 Dec 2010 ie. all the balance
on date be credited till the next year.
b) The balance be refunded in cash/cheque by 30 Dec 2009.
ix. Will be glad if some response/ solution can be suggested.
