Dear Sire,
I had placed an order for two T-shirts costs of which is Rupees 1172.00 on 13.03.2015. Amount Rs. 1172.00 also was debited from my UBI bank account and also intimation from the Rediff came at the same time providing order number which were #11308574. When I tracked order status after a few days, I did not find that particular order number and when checked again, it showed that no order was recorded against that number. I contacted with Rediff customer center via their link, but no response came from their side till now. I also fear about another order given with same Rediff one two days ago- one sports shoe, but it also not arriving even after the expected delivery date. I now suspect with that also.
Please help me getting fair justice from your side.
