I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Trivandrum on 2 Dec 2015 via Redbus online booking site. They have given me ticket number and travel operator details (Thirumaal Alagu Travels , Ticket # THCV72757768). I went to the bus operator office on the same day and they said they will not operate the bus due to Chennai Disaster and cancelled the bus.I stood there around 2 hours and informed redbus support centre. Support team told me that they were trying to contact the bus operator and could not connect.
Next day I put a mail to Redbus and no response from their end three days, after that I called the support centre and they said wait for another 7 days. I wait another one more week and after that I got a mail from Redbus saying that
” As per the discussion with the team, we clarify that they have denied refund claiming that the bus was not cancelled on the day of journey.”
again I called the support centre and asked about this, support team told me wait for wait for another 24 hours and get a positive response and get the money back.
Nothing happened I called again today 16-Dec-2015 talked to Support team Ms Somali, said they will not process the refund and they have confirmed with the bus operator and other passengers the bus was not cancelled.

Again we called the travel operator TAT and checked with them and they confirmed they were cancelled the bus and refunded the amount who booked the ticket directly at their office.
REDBUS IS REALLY CHEATERS AND LOOTING MONEY, THIS IS VERY SHAMFULL AND PITY ON THIS KIND ATTITUDE SUCH A REDICULUS BEHAVE TO PEOPLE.
