I have booked an apartment in goregaon East. Mumbai in 2011 and the construction is not yet started. I have asked for builder to return my advance money with interest of 4 years which he is not giving properly and delaying for no reason. I would like to get my hard earn money back from this cheater builder asap so I can buy my first home.
