this is to inform you all that RATNESH IMMIGRATION is a fake and fraud business unit.they are now ready to cheat more than 50 persons as some hav made the total payment of 400000 as service charge and others are going to pay in comeing days.RATNESH promised to handover the original work pemit/visa,passport and agreement copy on 7th of nov after full payment,friends now the question came in all applicants mind if all paid him on 7th and the flight is on 11 from delhi and chennai if RATNESH runaway with the money so what can a applicant do???did he return from the airport and found the calcutta office closed .then everybody loose 4lakhs each.my sincier request to mr RATNESH that if he is a real man do the reak and viable things that suits both the applicants and RATNESH.so i hope mr RATNESH come with a strong answer hear and prove himself as a true INDIAN(canadan citizen)and assured all applicants that the company is real/the work permit is real/his office is real(as no sign board of his office in his office building)/if RATNESH send indian citizens before to cyprus disclose there name ,contact no in cyprus,contact no of there famil.,or every body treat him like the fake agents in mumbai.who knows after full payment mr RATNESH flys to canaa with all money???so mr RATNESH has to clear everything openly not keeping in dark.hope this post be benefited to all applicants and RATNESH.

First of All, People should at least make posts under their real names, not under aliases like REMO.
Secondly, If you are an applicant who has been rejected or Cancelled Due to Non Payment, then I feel sorry and i do understand your frustration.
Now Coming to the part where your question is,
1. The Office Closing
2. We Running Away
3. People Not Boarding Flights
As we maintain that no one is coerced into applying for the respective openings, Right. You guys do it on your own. So in the same way no one is forced to comply with our terms.
The terms that were made clear from day one. That the Originals are released a few days before the flights, So is the PNR, Which is actually even before the Originals are given.
One of our staff takes responsibility for each batch that flies, So One of us reaches the designated cities days before the flight and hands over the required documentation to each applicant.
So Running away question will mean that I will also come back with the applicants and find my office closed. Good Point.
And at last, You missed the mark, In 2013-2014 the total number of applicants sent will be around 600 not 50.
And this i say to everyone who reads this, Our Terms were clear from day one and now when its time to make the payment and the same old terms seem doubtful to you then its not me but you running away. I have had enough listening to all the bullshit from the last few days. We had successful flights on 28th and again we will repeat that on 11th. Are you going or NOT. That’s really upto you to decide.

First of all I should say thanks to him the way he pray for my mom as well as he guided me out of the way . I got excellent mental support from him. I should say Mr Ratnesh Desai is good human being. Pray to God that my mom should well soon so I can fly with all of you on 11th Nov 2014.
