Ordered shirt and pant material from Mageum .The matrial received is damaged and shoe size smaller .Have been continously calling to register my complain. Everytime a call the costumer care executive just says that I will receive a call from the complain department. After 3weeks I finally received a call from them .The executive calling was extremely rude nd pathetic in hisome words .After telling him my complain the only answer he gave that this product cannot be exchanged at wtever cost . They have ever been showing on TV that if the product is damaged it will be replaced but this is a lie that they have been saying. The comany has refused to exchange the damage product .Shop CJ is a fraud company .it’s just fooling people with their cheap stuff. Request no one to shop from this fraud company.will be filing a police complain on this fraud company.
