It is a clear case of cheating. They had 10 days to deliver my rakhi combo within India. I have ordered rakhi online on 08/08/2016 and Rakshabandhan festival was on 18/08/2016. But they failed. Before 18th august customer care support were receiving calls and were makinf fake promises to assure the delivery. But now they are not even available to answer the cashback or other querries.
