This builder accepted to construct our house which is next to his plot at urappakkam and he took nearly 150 sq ft of our land to receive ventilation for his building he demolished most part our house and when we question him he is black mailing my old age parents that he will stop the work rate per sq ft is 4000 we are going to incur a loss of nearly 500000. If we construct next floor then loss would be 1000000.after receiving the advance he is showing his real face. Moreover he does all types of fraud business and acts as though he is the only good person in this world. He interferes in personal life of others and splits the whole family. So be careful before having relationship with this builder. we are lower middle class people and this is the only land which we have in hand. He does not have any good name among his workers itself, without knowing his real face we had relationship with him. If something happens to me it will be only because of this fraud builder. he never follows any rules as per govt norms but speaks about it us. He should feel ashamed to do this kind of job
