I am a retired Govt. officer. I have applied in Raheja Affordable housing scheme under HUDA scheme almost a year back. They have pushed the lucky draw date by five times as they didn’t get sufficient number of applications. During this time Raheja and their broker has contacted me several times for more money for allotment. I didn’t pay as I am against this. This all has been happening under HUDA. My name didn’t come in lucky draw. Again they have approached me. Post that I didn’t hear anything from them for almost 2 months.
When I have started enquiring about my money they didn’t have any clue. Every time they gave me some arbit excuse. After a long time I have got a demand letter that some other type of flat has been allotted to me and I have to pay rest of the money in next one week. When I told them I am not interested in any other flat than the one I have
applied for. They have told me that they will deduct cancellation charges and will refund my money and this will again take one month. They kept my money for more than a year. They are not able to give me flat which I have applied for. Still they will deduct cancellation charges and refund my money after one year.
My son has posted on their facebook page. He has got a call from Mr. Axxxxxm saying that your money should get refunded. But they have removed my post from facebook page and stopped their facebook page from putting any comment. I am also attaching all the trail mail and discussion between Raheja and my son.

They have not allotted me a flat for which I have applied for. They have kept my money for more than a year. They have asked for more for confirmed allotment. Now they are deducting money even for flat which they are not able to give.
