First of all I would like to correct Mr. Kathait , that if he is writing some comment please make sure the spellings are right, because the above comment seem like written by person who dont know how to write.
Now let me tell you one thing friend that i am with radical from last 8 months and there is no single month where there is a problem with the salary day. It is always on time.
Also would like to tell you that even if we terminate any agent we do the full and final.

Wrost company I have seen in my life I am a fresher this is my first job and I am also exited pr ye log induction me kuch or hotay hai or by chance aapko inki need ho to ye kbhi supportive nhi hotay, inka salary cycle period 20 se 19 example aapne join kra 17 June aapki salary count hogi 17,18,19 or uske baad wo milegi aapko july 1st aapki kismat thik rhi to , mai bed pr hu merko doctor ne rest k leye bola hai but ye sab log daily phone krke mujhe bolte hai aap chaye medical dedo ya kuch bhi aapki salary aapko nhi milegi jo or bed rest wale employee ko khre hai ye ki kl aap aa jaao to thik hai nhi to ham aapko abscont kr denge(ye deepak sir on er post itna shame less baat krte hai to management kesi hogi )

This organisation has such lame policies just because there are 28 days in February they have cancelled our weekoffs. very high deduction on lwp payout date is 10 if we take 1 day off in between 1 to 10 they have all rights to take our salaries on hold. Company is blacklisted. company’s experience is valid no where. They had a huge work flow in November December January due to new year so they hired in bulk now as the season is off now they are firing in bulk for highly negligible faults sometimes without any fault. There are a lot of hidden facts which agents are not been educated at the time of induction about the company policies such as salary deduction working hours leave policy and many many more. Funny part is company even deducts salary from agent for water and glass. Clients act as hooligans on floor no one is ready to listen agent’s problem if we are not well or if we are even hospitalised we are bound to come to office. Team leaders have no authority. Assistant manager act like they are owner of company. I know after this tweet they will not provide me my salary which is my right they will definitely fire me but now this is out of my limits I was not well I asked my team leader to provide me medical leave but I was told from my team leader that they will not provide me any kind of leaves. For this molestation I will individually fight because I gave my time to most pathetic company they will not provide me my salary. In that scenario I am ought to file a case in labour court company’s lame policies left me with no other choice.

Hello everyone! I want to share my experience here… I have been there for interview for one of their process swiggy. Our interview was held in quattro and got cleared both rounds like essay as well as typing the only test that was remaining is versatile… After waiting for 1 week finally got a chance to give my test as the test was supposed to held in 368-362 plot no phase 2 near sbi….. When I reached there everything was awesome….. Then someone called hey Ajay it’s your turn now…. I just have to clear that test but before I can put my details in pc…. Shashank (i dont know he is hr or just a coordinator) called me and told me to introduce my self… I said I’m just here for versatile…. Still i introduce myself….. After that he asked me from where you have cheated this essay? I was like what….. But as I’m rajput and we don’t cheat i told him to give me a paper so that i can write the essay in front of you…. Then i told him that it’s wrong…. If a person have to give all the rounds here in radical minds then why they are wasting our time at quattro and then he shouted like (kya mne kya kha hai.. Mein pooch sakta hu… Chal jaldi likh… Bilkul same likhiyo) trust me guys i was about to cry…. That’s my first experience at redical minds and they spoiled that…. HRs are first face of any organization…. I’m not suggesting anyone to join that company…… But if you want to experience a nightmare then please go here…. And yeah shashank or shashant mile to bolne ki apne aukat mein rhe maalik nhi h naukar he hai redical minds ka…… Bhai naukari kar rha hai tu agar itta he ghamand hai to ja jake kuch krke dikha….
