Hi,

I have got a new RaajNett connection on 08/01/2016 evening 8:00 PM, Internet was working till 10/01/2016 morning, then it stopped working, I have raised a complaint, but till now (18/01/2016) there is no action taken, whenever I called customer care they give simple and standard answer “we have informed the technician” and don’t know how to behave with the customers and they don’t have patients to listen the problem. When I asked them escalate to next level they said they don’t have call transfer facility to escalate. now I don’t know when the issue will be resolved. this broadband is prepaid, so I have paid the money now in advance.
