I’m from Sholinganallur.I requested for the new internet connection before two month(Nov 22) .When i contacted their customer service for new connection, immediately an executive from their office came to my home to collection an amount of 1400 within 2 hours and promised to give the connection at the maximum of of one week .But after that there is no response from their side till now . i tried to contact their customer service (18001233113), executive (8939869018) who came to collect money but no one is picking up the call . I warned them many times but they telling me to do what i can rudely
