The same problem with me – I registered with Raajnett 15 days ago – Yet to receive the connection !! I couldn’t reach the customer care at all ! The marketing person who took the money from me, comes up with a new and innovative lie each time I call him ! I lost total hope on them ! Why Raajnett wants money from people even before forming proper infra? We can see advertisement hoardings on every lamp post as though Raajnett is readily available in our area ?! I stay in perungudi chennai and I paid Rs 1297 /- for my internet connection. I love to go legal against Raajnett – I don’t want any more customers to get cheated.
