My name is Arijit Dey. My Raajnett id is TPK380.
Technical person set the router and other equipment in a common area of other block of our apartment without inform anyone. Even they not inform me also. Very 1st time when I notice that immediately inform it to the sales person (Dinesh cell no. 09941789340) even the technical team. But they told that is their headache and before given me the connection, for other connection they set up it. For the router need 24h electricity. So secretary of the flat decided to not allow that.
Last saturday (29-04-2015) other connection holder complain regarding that 1 person came alone and after heard the issue return and immediately within 30 min came with more person and behave very rude they secretary called police. Police came and arrest them and released then after given warning.
So, all member of the apartment decided not allow any equipment of Raajnett inside common area of apartment.
So, for last 1 week, no internet connection available. I complain on (8/30/2015 9:25:00 AM) complain no. TKT150830172. But found priority is medium.
Now they even not pick up my phone. If they not able to resolve the issue return me my money. I already spent 1297/- (including 500 for installation) but only able to use internet for 18 days.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
