Its a prepaid connection for which I paid Rs 1500 and 1100 for another subscription month despite no usage because of network outage. Besides several complaints there was no response and all they did was to cut service at end of month. It dint matter much as net was not working for 26/ 31 days. Please help me with a way to get a fair compensation. Me and my business suffered.
