regarding job, 650 US dollars taken

Somebody called me from Quickjob gulf, his name is Raj Rathud , he told me that i have a good chance for job , i did online interview with HR officer.after that he told me that there will be an assessment test after that F2F interview.for this arrangement I should pay 650 US dollars and it will be refundable after the interview. I payed after that raj disappear. kindly advise.
