dear sir my name is sanjoy i am a handycapped man having 50% locomotor disability so depends upon online shopping on Dt 27/02/2015 i booked some cosmetics from purplle having order no 20150227401653 of Rs645/ but till now nither they sending the product to me nor refunding my money i am a poor man Rs645/ is a big amount to people like me please help me to give justice to me to get back my money god will help you i tried to talk to customer care 09223300222 but it is a false number provided by them it only hangs the call and charges a big amount i mail them atleast 15 times but they not answer the mail please help me get my money back.
