PROFESSION SEEK – JOB RECRUITMENT CO. IN NEW DELHI – MOST FRAUDULENT COMPANY

This is to place on record that Profession Seek New Delhi – a so called domestic and international career avenues company is illegally duping thousands of job seekers of their money by guaranteeing high service levels in the field of national and international recruitments. Their marketing team comprising of Arush, Rohan, Aditi…and so many others…their so called HR teams comprising of Pathak, Neha, Lathika, Ashok, Prashant, are engaged in day to day fraudulent activities by (1) collecting amounts from job seekers and promising them suitable career avenues (2) then pathetically failing to come to the assured service levels (3) far from being professional as their co. name suggests – it is one of the most indecent and unprofessional company that I have come across i.e. all its employees are running all out in different directions to target potential job seekers into their illegal money making trap. Despite relentless telephonic / email requests and reminders, this company has gone back on its commitment to refund my service charges paid by me against their own commitment (which is incorporated in their web site) that they would refund the entire payment collected from the job seeker in case they are unable to provide him effective and result oriented services towards finalization of job recruitment within a period of 90 days….now all these persons whose names are mentioned above in this post have categorically denied this commitment which is officially posted on their web site and are rather adopting a extortionist attitude with me….and have challenged me to do what ever I can to get my rightful dues back from them. I am also of the firm belief that their top management is totally involved in this illegal racket and are never accessible to their customers. They run this racket through their paid employees whose names are mentioned above. Whilst I am already in the process of seeking a legal recourse against this company and all the staffers who have continuously duped. In the last 5 months – they have only sent me 3 mails which states only the names of the consultants & recruiters with whom they have reportedly shared my profile – a task which a kindergarten student can also do today. Secondly after knowing my complete CV and background, they are forwarding my profile to those agencies who are totally irrelevant in the industry to which I belong…and then they have the audacity to call themselves as professionals – they are a bunch of rogues waiting there to illegally make fast bucks and that is their only objective. The most intimidating experience is that I still continue to receive regular calls from their office to register myself and purchase their services – whereas the fact remains that these people who make such blank calls and contacts with potential job seekers may not be even aware that I am already registered with their company and / or they are compelled to do this at the behest of their bosses to meet their sales targets…it is just like a body functioning irresponsibly i.e. the left portion does not know what the right is doing and vice-versa.
I have come across so many other posts by other job seekers as well who have shared their plight on account of this co. Profession Seek and would appeal to all of them to unite and take up our crusade against this company in an united manner. I also urge the respective authorities and regulatory bodies to take notice of these serious complaints and initiate strong legal action against this company. Thanks and Regards

  1. Strict action should be taken against companies like Profession Seek who take undue advantage of desperate job seekers to dupe them of money. It’s a racket and the Team Profession Seek has no intentions of providing genuine services for job seekers.
Totally agree with Manish and I wish I had read his post before getting duped by Profession Seek on 12th Aug 2014.
