Purchased a flat from Prithvi Engineers & Contractors, Chennai (one of the owner of the firm is Manikandan) at Mylapore, Alamelumanga Puram. Within 3.5 Years, the entire building is cracked in all the flats, and also the builder has violated the CMDA regulations. Don’t trust this builder and don’t buy or give any construction.
