I had been working in a Firm (Consultancy) for 2 years and 10 months as a permanent employee. As per company policy, I am eligible for all benefits and salary. My company has not paid one month salary and also the my full & final amount. I resigned the company and served the notice period of 1 month and allowed deduction of 1 month salary in lieu of notice period. They gave resignation letter, relieving letter, service certificate and Full and Final payment sheet at the time of leaving the organization. They promised me to pay after 60 days. After repeated telephonic reminder and subsequent letters they kept quiet and do not allow coming to their office for any discussion. I came to know and also experienced the same during I was in organization, that this company continue to do such things with other employees also. During my working in the office, The manager was very happy with my hard working but now when I started asking for money, The HR is nor responding email nor picking up the call. I had around 40 thousand amount due with this company.
What can I do? How can I get my money? Is there any remedy and what is the time limit an employee file a case against employer? Please suggest as this is a Ltd company. Please Help.
